How rentals work

Terms and staffing

Short term

A single project, turnaround, or scheduled task. Delivered, positioned, and collected.

Long term standby

Units held on site for the duration of a build or campaign, with maintenance included.

Manned option

Our hazmat and industrial fire technicians operate the unit, so you are not training your own crew on it.

Dispatched from depot

Staged across our Canadian depots so transit time is measured in hours, not days.

Emergency

If it's happening now,
call. Don't type.

Answered live by a hazmat coordinator, 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Have this ready when you call

  • Where you are

Site name, address, or nearest highway marker.

  • What the product is

A shipping document or placard number is enough. If you don't know, say so.

  • Roughly how much

And whether it has reached water, soil, or a drain.

  • Whether anyone is exposed

Injuries or exposure change the dispatch immediately.
